Register for an Appeals Hearing
It is fast and easy to register online for an appeals hearing. You must successfully complete your registration no later than 3PM on the business day prior to your scheduled hearing.
If you fail to properly register, you may be denied participation in the hearing or the appeal may be dismissed.
Instructions
Fill in all the required fields in the form below. Phone numbers should be entered in (609) 777-1823 or (609) 777-1823 x609 format only. You must include a space between the telephone number and the extension. You are not permitted to copy and paste on the registration form. You must type the required information into each field. Do not copy and paste.
After submitting the form, please check your email (the email you listed on the registration form) to confirm the status of your registration.
If your registration attempt was unsuccessful, the email will direct you to make corrections to complete the process.
Please note: You will not be registered for your hearing until you have received an email confirming you successfully completed the process.

Gracias por completar la registracion en linea para su audiencia. Por favor siga las instrucciones a continuacion para completar el proceso de registracion. Debera completar todas las areas obligatorias marcadas con un asterisco *. Los numeros de telefono deben seguir un formato similar a (609) 777-1823 o (609) 777-1823 x609. Debe dejar un espacio entre el numero de telefono y el numero de extension. No le es permitido copiar y pegar en el formulario de registracion. Debe escribir la informacion requerida en cada linea. No puede copiar y pegar.
Despues de haber enviado su formulario, verifique su correo electronico (la dirreccion del correo electronico que indico en el formulario de registracion) para confirmar el estado de su registracion.
Si su intento de registracion no fue exitoso, el correo electronico le indicara que correcciones son necesarias para completar el proceso.
Tenga en cuenta: Usted no estara registrado/a para su audiencia hasta que haya recibido un correo electronico (email) confirmando que el proceso de registracion fue exitoso. Debera completar el proceso de registracion exitosamente no mas tardar de las 3:00 pm del dia anterior a su audiencia. Si no se registra correctamente se le puede negar participacion en la audiencia o se puede desestimar su apelacion.
